• Customer Relationship management feedback and necessary action on regular basis to inprove score od CSI.
• Liaison with JD Power Asia Pacidic, for customer saisfaction study.
• Analysing the JDP syudy findings & proposing the suitable actions.
• To formulate policies in consultation with department incharge to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Auditing the dealers on CS parameters guidlines & proposing the action to improve the same.
